Anthony Mazzucca and Cynthia Bishop
head this multidimensional, professional team. Mr. Mazzucca holds an MBA degree in Finance (Columbia); is a licensed a CPA (NY); General Contractor (FL & NJ); CCIM (candidate);
Broker (FL & NJ); and the Broker of Record/ Managing Director for Blackpoint Realty. Ms. Bishop has a BA degree from UCLA, is a licensed real estate Broker (NJ) and a Realtor (FL). Both are members, officers and board members of several business and professional associations. Together, they have 50 years of experience in all facets of real estate.
Mission Statement
To provide the highest level of experience, expertise, and advice to investors, lenders and principals in the disposition, retention, management or purchase of commercial properties. We work on receivership issues by repositioning a distressed property and returning it to marketable status, or by intervention prior to a property becoming distressed. We are there to intervene and adjust course should conditions
"on the ground" change. As a result of our turnaround efforts, a return to reliable income streams and a reduced portfolio risk are anticipated.
